Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Shipping Options
Standard Tracked — 7–15 Business Days Full tracking provided from dispatch to delivery.
Express Tracked — 5–10 Business Days Priority handling with full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Loving Amberly is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order All orders are dispatched with tracking. Your tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please allow a few additional days before reaching out, as delays can occasionally occur within carrier networks.
International Orders For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout. Loving Amberly has no control over customs processes and cannot predict associated charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for further information prior to placing your order.
Incorrect Address It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Loving Amberly is not liable for orders dispatched to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please reach out as soon as possible — we can only accommodate address changes before an order has been fulfilled.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window and tracking shows no recent updates, it may be considered lost in transit. Please allow the full delivery window to pass before raising a concern, as parcels can occasionally experience carrier delays. Loving Amberly will work with you to resolve lost parcel claims where tracking confirms non-delivery. Claims must be raised within 30 days of the dispatch date.
Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and photograph the damage before discarding anything. Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Loving Amberly reserves the right to request photographic evidence in order to process a claim.
